Welcome to Despozita! We appreciate you taking a stop at the most Half-Democratic region in Nationstates! Here, we do not stop at whether or not you are a World Assembly nation. Here, if you are a nation in Despozita, you can elect certain candidates for certain positions! You can be nominated if one of the three nominators nominates you for a certain job. Each of the three nominators CAREFULLY selects a total of two nations for each position!
Here is an example of the process: Nominators: Fred, Joe, and Bob. There are a total of 20 nations in the region that are NOT nominators or Founder. Fred nominates Kim and Lana for Antilles of Foreign Affairs. After that, the rest of the nations in the region vote on either of the two. Let's say that Kim achieved 9 votes out of 20, and Lana receives 11 out of 20. Lana would get the job of Antilles of Foreign Affairs. You can vote for a candidate in a separate thread for elections. You can check if the elections over by checking the expiry date in the description.
